Comprehensive systems
Design, construction, and assembly of a smoothing machine for rolled foam. Mechanics, electronics, control, electrical engineering - all from a single source - by ForTec.
Spare part manufactoring
The original bracket of a rear spoiler was dimensioned too weakly for a show car and developed cracks. A reinforced, yet lightweight replacement bracket was fabricated.
Component manufactoring
Visually appealing window grilles were designed, manufactured, and installed for a psychiatrist's practice.
Modifications and upgrades
A lawn mower robot was equipped with a reinforced frame and strengthened casing because the standard parts were not suitable for the harsh environment.
Spare part procurement:
An original spare part was no longer available, so the possibility of reproducing the part was considered. In the end, a suitable replacement part from another manufacturer could still be found.
